Chris Teague

My name is Chris Teague, and I was born and raised in Spokane, Washington. In 2004, I graduated from Whitworth University, and began a career in public accounting. Over the years, I have gained broad experience in every facet of the accounting field including full-charge bookkeeping, tax preparation, and full-scale audit engagements. From reading and interpreting financial data to daily problem-solving, my goal has always been to help clients manage their financial well-being. 

Naturally, my passion for helping people has continued to grow. In early-2021, I endeavored to fulfill a lifelong ambition of working as a real estate broker and joined EXIT Real Estate Professionals. Greg Coelho

My name is Greg Coelho, I have lived in the Newport Washington Area for the past 9 years. In addition to being a Real Estate Broker, I’m the owner/ operator of GSC Appraisals.  For the past 18 years I have held a Certified Residential Appraiser license.

I feel I can be of great assistance to potential buyers and sellers, due to my career as an appraiser.  I was a Real Estate agent for 3 years in the early 1990's and decided to pursue a career in retail management.  In 2006 I opened GSC Appraisals. Then, in 2024, I decided to get back into helping buyers and sellers with their Real Estate needs.

When I’m not working in real estate, you can usually find me spending time with my grandkids, whether we’re out fishing, crafting together, or simply enjoying each other’s company. Family keeps me grounded and reminds me why creating a true sense of home is so important.

Jason Finley

Jason came on board as Assistant Property Manager of Rockwood Lane in 2008, and assists new and current residents with property management as well as now facilitating the listing and sales of individual units. Jason has three children, so you know Jason is busy when he is not at RWL! Jason enjoys welcoming new residents “to a place where I would feel comfortable having my own parents call home.”

Jeci Adams

Jeci Adams has been a Realtor in Spokane since 2019 and has helped over 120 families in Real Estate so far. She is passionate about servant leadership, building community, and Real Estate.   She has dived deep into education and has certifications in Negotiation, Short Sales, Buyers, Luxury Listings, and more. She specializes in helping Seniors and has a network of connections and resources often needed when making important financial decisions.  Her leading values are Integrity, Honesty, Communication, Attentiveness, and Problem Solving.  

Jeci is also the President of the Spokane Mountaineers and spends much of her time helping to grow and enrich our outdoor community, where she loves to hike, cross-country ski, bike, swim, and Mountaineer.  She also has two small children, a loving husband, and loves the gym, Pinochle, Pickleball, and her sweet kitties.

I like to bring a little creativity into everything I do — including real estate. My background is in film and television production, and I also own Autograph Talent Agency here in the Pacific Northwest, so I spend a lot of my days managing people, contracts, and big, exciting moments. That experience has shaped how I show up in real estate: calm, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and always looking out for the bigger picture.

I built my real estate career on the West Side before recently moving my license back home to Spokane and joining EXIT Real Estate Professionals. Coming back has been personal in the best way. I’m so excited to be raising my family here. This is home — and helping others find their place here feels extra meaningful.

At the core of both businesses are relationships. I care deeply about the trust people place in me, clear communication, and making big transitions feel just a little less overwhelming.
